Rule 655-10.5 - Public participation

(1) In lieu of the words "(identify office and address)", insert "Iowa Board of Nursing, RiverPoint Business Park, 400 S.W. Eighth Street, Suite B, Des Moines, Iowa 50309-4685".

(5) In lieu of the words "(designate office and telephone number)", insert "the board of nursing at (515) 281-3255".
