Rule 653-2.6 - Procedure by which additions, dissents, or objections may be entered into certain records

In lieu of the words "designate office" insert the words "Iowa Board of Medicine, 400 S.W. 8th Street, Suite C, Des Moines, Iowa 50309-4686".
