Rule 650-51.35 - Disciplinary hearings-fees and costs
(1) Fees. The fees related to a formal disciplinary action filed by the board are specified in 650-Chapter 15.
(2) Failure of a licensee, registrant or permit holder to pay the fees and costs assessed in 650-Chapter 15 in the time specified in the board's final disciplinary order shall constitute a violation of a lawful order of the board.
