Rule 650-51.32 - Notification of decision

All parties to a contested case shall be promptly furnished with a copy of any decision or order either by personal delivery or by certified or first-class mailing. Delivery or first-class mailing of any decision or order to an attorney of record in a contested case hearing shall constitute notification of the respondent. Service by mail is complete upon mailing.
