Rule 650-9.7 - Consideration

Upon request by petitioner, the board of dental examiners must schedule a brief and informal meeting between the original petitioner, all intervenors, and the board of dental examiners, a member of the board of dental examiners, or a member of the staff of the board of dental examiners, to discuss the questions raised. The board of dental examiners may solicit comments from any person on the questions raised. Also, comments on the questions raised may be submitted to the board of dental examiners by any person.
