Rule 645-183.1 - [Effective 6/19/2024] Grounds for discipline

(1) The board may impose any of the disciplinary sanctions provided in rule 645-13.3 (147,272C) when the board determines that the licensee is guilty of any of the following acts or offenses or those listed in rule 645-Chapter 13.

(2) The licensee prescribes any controlled substance in dosage amounts that exceed what would be prescribed by a reasonably prudent licensee.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code chapters 147, 154 and 272C.
