Rule 645-143.7 - [Effective until 6/19/2024] Grounds for disciplinary action

The board may take formal disciplinary action on the following grounds:

(1) Failure to cooperate with a board audit.

(2) Failure to meet the continuing education requirement for licensure.

(3) Falsification of information on the license renewal form.

(4) Falsification of continuing education information.
