Rule 645-61.21 - Graduate of a school of barbering and cosmetology arts and sciences

(1) A student shall be considered a graduate when the student has completed the required course of study and met the minimum attendance standard.

(2) Students shall be given a final examination upon completion of the course of study but before graduation.

(3) After passage of the final examination and completion of the entire course of study including all project sheets, students shall be issued a certificate of completion of hours required for the course of study.
