Rule 645-22.18 - Proper protection of neck

A shampoo apron, haircloth, or similar article shall not be placed directly against the neck of the client but shall be kept from direct contact with the client by means of a paper neckband or clean towel. A neckband of paper shall not be used more than once. Towels or cloth neckbands shall not be used more than once without proper laundering.
