Rule 641-95.18 - Enforcement assistance

(1) The department shall report cases of alleged violations to the proper county attorney, with a statement of the facts and circumstances, for such action as is appropriate.

(2) Upon request of the department, the attorney general shall assist in the enforcement of the provisions of Iowa Code chapter 144.
