The purpose of the domestic abuse death review team is to aid in the reduction of the incidence of domestic abuse deaths by accurately identifying the cause and manner of deaths occurring from domestic violence and by making recommendations for changes in policy and practice to improve comminityinterventions for preventing domestic abuse deaths.
