Rule 641-90.9 - Liaisons

(1) The following individuals shall each designate a liaison to assist the team in fulfilling its responsibilities.

a. Director of public health.

b. Director of human services.

c. Commissioner of public safety.

d. Administrator of the bureau of vital records of the Iowa department of public health.

e. Attorney general.

f. Director of transportation.

g. Director of the department of education.

(2) The chairperson shall designate a liaison from the public at large.

(3) The membership terms of the liaisons shall be for three years. The liaisons may not serve more than two consecutive terms.
