Rule 641-74.2 - Adoption by reference

Federal regulations found at 42 CFR Subpart A, Part 59, and the Program Guidelines for Project Grants for Family Planning Services shall be the regulations governing the Iowa family planning program and are incorporated by reference herein.

Copies of the federal regulations adopted by reference are available from the Chief, Bureau of Family Health, Department of Public Health, Lucas State Office Building, Des Moines, Iowa 50319-0075.
