Rule 641-74.10 - Audits

Every two years, each contract agency shall undergo financial audit of the family planning program. The audit shall be conducted in compliance with OMB Circular A-133, Audits of States, Local Governments, and Non-Profit Organizations. Each audit shall cover all imaudited periods through the end of the previous grant year. The department's audit guide should be followed to ensure an audit which meets federal and state requirements.
