Rule 641-68.1 - Applicability

The provisions of this chapter are applicable in jurisdictions in which a local board has adopted this chapter for the purpose of requiring control of lead-based paint hazards where a child has been identified with an elevated blood lead level. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as requiring a local board to adopt this chapter as a model regulation.
