Rule 641-40.76 - Compliance with environmental and health protection regulations

Nothing in 40.70(136C), 40.71(136C), 40.72(136C), 40.73(136C), 40.74(136C), or 40.75(136C) relieves the licensee or registrant from complying with other applicable federal, state and local regulations governing any other toxic or hazardous properties of materials that may be disposed of to 40.70(136C), 40.71(136C), 40.72(136C), 40.73(136C), 40.74(136C), or 40.75(136C).
