Rule 641-40.102 - Reports of leaking or contaminated sealed sources

The licensee shall file a report within five days with the agency if the test for leakage or contamination required pursuant to 40.32(136C) indicates a sealed source is leaking or contaminated. The report shall include the equipment involved, the test results and the corrective action taken.
