Rule 641-37.7 - Communications

All communications and reports concerning the rules in this chapter should be addressed to the agency at its office located at the Iowa Department of Public Health, Bureau of Radiological Health, Lucas State Office Building, 5th Floor, 321 East 12th Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50319.
