Rule 641-29.8 - Waiver from examination for military service

The written examination requirements and prior experience requirements set forth in Iowa Code sections 105.18(2)"b"(1) and 105.18(2)"c" are waived for a journeyperson license or master license if the applicant meets the requirements set forth in Iowa Code section 105.18(4).
