Rule 641-158.7 - Change during term of contract

The director shall not approve an application which would change a service area during the term of an existing contract or after the release of a request for proposal for a new contract. Applications submitted after issuance of a request for proposal will, if granted, not become effective until after the expiration of the contract awarded pursuant to said request for proposal.
