Rule 641-155.6 - Technical assistance

The division may provide technical assistance to an applicant or licensee.

(1) An applicant may request technical assistance regarding these rules and the licensure process.

(2) A licensee may request technical assistance regarding these rules and the licensure process or to bring areas of noncompliance with these rules into compliance.

(3) The division may require a licensee to receive technical assistance to bring areas of noncompliance with these rules into compliance.
