Rule 641-154.55 - [Effective until 8/14/2024] Closure of operations

(1)Notice. A dispensary shall notify the department at least six months before the closure of the dispensary.

(2)Procedures. If a dispensary ceases operation, the dispensary shall work with the department to verify the remaining inventory of the dispensary and ensure that any medical cannabidiol is returned to a manufacturer.
