Rule 641-154.43 - Location

All dispensing of medical cannabidiol shall take place in an enclosed facility at one physical address provided to the department during the licensure process.

(1)Proximity to manufacturers. A dispensary shall not operate at the same physical location as a manufacturer.

(2)Proximity to schools. A dispensary shall not operate in any location within 1,000 feet of a public or private school existing before the date of the dispensary's licensure by the department.
