Rule 641-154.37 - Recordkeeping requirements

(1)Dispensary sales. Within one business day of sale, a dispensary shall record complete and accurate electronic sales transaction records in the secure sales and inventory tracking system, including:

a. The name of the patient and, if purchase is made by the primary caregiver, the name of the primary caregiver;

b. The date and time of each sale;

c. The item number, product name and description, and quantity of medical cannabidiol sold;

d. The sale price;

e. Other information required by the department.
