Rule 641-154.31 - Closure of operations

(1)Notice. A manufacturer shall notify the department at least six months before the closure of the manufacturing facility.

(2)Procedures. If a manufacturer ceases operation, the manufacturer shall work with the department to verify the remaining inventory of the manufacturer and ensure that any plant material, plant material waste, and medical cannabidiol are destroyed at a waste facility as provided in subrule 154.23(2).
