A repository may charge the recipient of a donated drug a handling fee, not to exceed a maximum of 200 percent of the Medicaid professional dispensing fee as established by rule of the department of human services, to cover stocking and dispensing costs. A prescription drug dispensed through the prescription drug donation repository program shall not be eligible for reimbursement under the medical assistance program.
