Rule 621-16.1 - Effective date and scope

This chapter governs the filing of documents in all proceedings before the agency, or those proceedings converted to electronic proceedings upon the board's order. To the extent the rules in this chapter are inconsistent with any other administrative rule of the board, the rules in this chapter shall govern.
