Rule 61-9.87 - Right to appeal

An eligible claimant who disagrees with the department's decision concerning payment or amount of payment has the right to request reconsideration of that decision by the crime victim assistance board. The request for reconsideration must be received by the department within 60 days after the decision of the department is mailed.
