Rule 61-9.7 - Meetings

(1) The board shall meet a minimum of once per quarter. The board may also meet at the call of the chair or upon the written request to the chair of at least five members of the board.

(2) No fewer than two-thirds of board members shall be present to vote and transact board business in accordance with the Iowa administrative procedure Act.
