Rule 61-17.19 - Failure to respond

If the farm borrower, farm resident or other party fails to respond to the notice of the request for mediation within ten days of receipt of the notice, the mediation service shall, if possible, contact the farm borrower, farm resident or other party by telephone or by registered or certified mail, to advise of the request for mediation.
