Rule 599-1.9 - Penalty

A person who willfully violates the provisions of these rules or willfully renders or furnishes a false or fraudulent report, statement, or record required by the fire marshal pursuant to this chapter is guilty of a simple misdemeanor

These rules are intended to implement Iowa Code Supplement chapter 101C.
