Rule 591-17.31 - Final UST board action-appeal

UST board decisions in contested case proceedings are final agency action for purposes of appeal. Final UST board decisions will be in writing and outline the basis of the decision in the contested case proceeding. The administrator will write the final decision as instructed by the UST board. The UST board decision shall be final unless appealed pursuant to Iowa Code section 17A.19.
