Rule 571-79.3 - Fish stocks

Fish species provided and maximum stocking rates by the department are as follows: largemouth bass - 70/acre, bluegill - 1000/acre and channel catfish - 100/acre. The stocking cycle begins in October with the delivery of bluegill and channel catfish. The cycle is then completed during June of the following year with the delivery of largemouth bass.
