Rule 571-74.6 - Cost reimbursement

Whenever a landowner has been found to be in violation of a contract specified in this chapter, the department may cancel the contract, and the landowner shall reimburse the department for the full amount of any payments received from FLEP. The requirements and procedures for recovering expended funds in the event of a violation of the contract shall be established in the contract.
