Grant recipients are expected to carry out their projects in an expeditious manner. Projects shall be initiated no later than two months following their approval by the committee and shall be completed no later than June 30 of the year following the grant award. Failure to initiate projects in a timely manner may be cause for termination of the agreement and cancellation of the grant.
