Rule 571-44.16 - Permit conditions

The department may impose permit conditions not specifically required in these rules for any fireworks display special event as deemed necessary to protect the resource or ensure public safety. Conditions shall be included in the permit that the applicant or sponsoring organization receives if the event is approved.
