Rule 571-44.12 - Other requirements and permits

The applicant for a permit is responsible for ensuring full compliance with the requirements of Iowa Code chapters 321G, 3211, 461A, 462A, and 481A, and any other Iowa Code chapters and rules promulgated under those chapters that may be applicable to special events. The applicant shall also acquire and comply with all applicable state and local permits issued by other state and local agencies necessary to hold the special event.
