Rule 571-40.55 - Zoning of Clear Lake, Cerro Gordo County
(1) Areas may be specifically designated for swimming with the use of regulatory buoys.
(2) Areas within close proximity of dredging operations may be designated as areas where the speed of vessels is restricted to not greater than 5 miles per hour.
