Rule 571-40.46 - Zoning of Carter Lake, Pottawattamie County
(1) All vessels operated in a designated zone known as Shoal Pointe Canal shall be operated at a speed not greater than 5 miles per hour.
(2) The city of Carter Lake shall designate and maintain the 5-mile-per-hour speed zone with marker buoys approved by the natural resource commission.
