Rule 571-40.2 - Uniform buoy system

All buoys placed shall be those of the uniform waterway marking system adopted by the natural resource commission and shall be constructed, placed, and maintained in accordance with Iowa Code chapter 462A and Iowa Administrative Code 571-Chapters 40 and 41.
