No motorboat shall be operated at a speed greater than 5 miles per hour within the zoned area designated by regulatory buoys or signs on the off-channel waters of the Wapsipinicon River above the dam at Central City, Linn County, Iowa.
The zoned area will be the off-channel waters created in and adjacent to the developed recreation areas of the Pinicon Ridge Park on the west and south bank of the Wapsipinicon River above the dam at Central City, Linn County.
