Rule 571-39.1 - U.S. Coast Guard capacity rating

In the registration of vessels for which a U.S. Coast Guard capacity rating in whole persons has been assigned as evidenced by a U.S. Coast Guard capacity plate affixed to the vessel, that capacity shall be recognized as the registration capacity.
