Rule 571-28.5 - Review and selection committee

(1) The committee responsible for reviewing, ranking and selecting projects to receive funding from the local share of the all-terrain vehicle registration revenue shall be comprised of two representatives appointed by the president of the Iowa Off-Highway Vehicle Association and three department representatives appointed by the director.

(2) The review and selection committee shall meet in a manner as determined by the department within 30 days following the application deadline. Applications eligible for funding will be reviewed and ranked by the committee. The committee's recommendations will be submitted to the director for approval.
