Rule 571-27.15 - [Effective until 6/5/2024] Record keeping and retention

A grant recipient shall keep adequate records relating to its administration of a project, particularly relating to all incurred costs. These records shall be available for audit by appropriate personnel of the department, the state auditor's office and the U.S. Department of the Interior.
