Rule 571-27.11 - Timely commencement of projects and project period

Grant recipients are expected to carry out their projects in an expeditious manner. Physical work on the project shall commence within one calendar year of the federal award date. Failure to do so may be cause for termination of the project and cancellation of the grant. Project period is assigned by federal statute.
