Rule 571-22.8 - [Effective until 6/5/2024] Cost reimbursement

Whenever a landowner has been found to be in violation of a contract specified in this rule, the department may cancel the contract and the landowner shall reimburse the state for the full amount of any cost-share payments received. The requirement and procedure for recovering the cost-share payments shall be explained in the contract.
