Rule 571-20.4 - [Effective until 6/5/2024] Procedure-manufacturer

(1) The manufacturer of the vessel shall enter all applicable information on the certificate of origin for each vessel.

(2) The manufacturer's authorized agent shall sign the certificate and by so signing certify that all information contained on the certificate is true and accurate.

(3) The completed certificate of origin shall be delivered to the dealer with the vessel to which it applies.
