Rule 571-17.13 - [Effective until 6/5/2024] Renewals

The operator shall request renewal of the lease not more than nine or less than six months prior to its expiration. The application fee as provided in 17.10(2)"b " must accompany the request. A lease shall remain in force during the processing of an application for renewal, including any appeals process, provided that the application for renewal was made not less than six months before expiration of the lease. Failure to request renewal shall terminate the operator's rights to the fleeting area.
