A CRT recycling facility and CRT collection facility shall submit to the department written notice of intent to permanently close at least 60 days before closure. Closure shall not be official until the department field office with jurisdiction over the facility has given written certification of the proper disposal of all solid waste, discarded CRTs, and materials derived from discarded CRTs at the site.
