Rule 567-105.10 - Operator certification for permitted solid waste composting facilities

All permitted solid waste composting facilities shall meet the following requirement. The person responsible for daily operation of the facility shall be certified by a department-approved program upon approval of such a program by the department. The certification must be renewed every three years.
